Whether it’s Business Strategies or Yoga Practices – Not All Coaches are Created Equal.
We all want the best for ourselves, don’t we? Sure we may cut corners here and there to meet our budgets or time constraints, but in the grand scheme of things we really do want the best for ourselves and our loved ones.
We talk about taking the time out for you for rest and rejuvenation, so you have the energy to give your best to those around you. So, when that time is limited, we need to make sure we are getting the most for our time and money.
The Importance of Learning Yoga with a Certified Instructor
You may have attended a class with me in the past, or maybe still do. I hope you have recognized the knowledge and experience that I bring to the mat – and share with you. As my student, I want you to get the most out of your practice and help you work toward your goals. I prepare to do this with countless hours of training and practice myself – so I have the tools I need to help you get to where you need to be.
As with anything else, there are plenty of “experts” on-line, with varying degrees of certification, offering free advice and how-to videos. By going this route, you miss out on personal interaction and coaching. Not every body is perfect. Not every body moves the same. This is where a certified and experienced yogi can work with you, modifying your practice to fit you, and to teach you the subtle nuances that will help you improve. Things that you will never get from watching an internet video.
If you are ready to learn how to make your yoga practice work for you – or to just get started – contact me to find a class that is close to you.
